   My site loads painfully slow. It does load fine and with no problems, but it just seems like it's trying to load espn.com on dialup, even though it's not that heavy.

   Any quick and easy fixes?

   (Especially now that Google includes site load time in it's ranking algorithm)

   If you provide a link to your blog, folks might be able to offer specific tips (like checking load times on any 3rd party ads and such).

   A good generic answer, though, would be to suggest you look into a caching plug-in. WP Super Cache is a popular one: http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/wp-super-cache/

   You should upgrade from WP-2.9.1, WP-2.9.2 was a security upgrade.

   I doubt the validation errors are helping your cause.
