   I want to allow authors to create their own category (later i will filter categories by author), is there any plugin related this?

   im need category_author table column like as post_author. But i didnt find any plugin that produce that info.

   if you use the plugin I linked to you can assign them those privileges

   if one of author creates named "sample category" then plugin have to assing category_id to author_id as linked automatically (not by admin permission manually). your offered plugin doesnt make this (i used previously). maybe i have to check wpmu .
