@loauy24 Yes, the WP Touch plugin only loads when one of the following User Agent strings are detected:

    iPhone * Mobile
    iPod * Mobile
    Android * Mobile
    BB * Mobile Safari
    BlackBerry * Mobile Safari
    IEMobile/10.0 * Touch
    IEMobile/7.0
    IEMobile/9.0
    webOS

If you exclude those User Agent strings from Quick Cache, you’ll have no problem using the WP Touch plugin. I have tested this.

@Raam_Dev Thank you for reply 🙂

I am using the Quick Cache Lite version. Am I able to exclude the above User Agent strings? Could you please explain how to do that? Our site displays the mobile site on the desktop computers also. Thank you.

@jseth Unfortunately that feature is currently only included in the Pro version of the software.

So I purchased the Pro version, but am still having problems, now when I add in

    iPhone * Mobile
    iPod * Mobile
    Android * Mobile
    BB * Mobile Safari
    BlackBerry * Mobile Safari
    IEMobile/10.0 * Touch
    IEMobile/7.0
    IEMobile/9.0
    webOS

I do get the mobile site on my tablet, however as soon as I access the mobile site on my tablet, when I go again to open the site on my PC, the mobile theme comes up again. When I clear the cache, the site comes up correctly on my PC, but when I access it again on my tablet, it comes up on the PC again as the mobile site. It appears that it is caching the mobile theme and serving it to the PC. Can you tell me how to correct this? Thank you.

@jseth We’re not allowed to talk about Pro features here on the WordPress.org support forums (these forums are for the free version only). Could you please open a trouble ticket so that I can help you with this?
