Any old Serendipity users help to import into WP

    I am presently using WP for the first time to move some html websites into a blog. Empty DB and design from scratch, and then just move the content.

    I am mostly doing so to learn the WP ropes before I try and move my 8000 article Serendipity blog to WP. Has anyone here done that?
