Any Good Recommendation for Meta Description and Keyword Plugin?

    Hi

    I’m completely new to WP system and shy to tell that I have little knowledge in HTML. Can anyone recommend the best meta description and keywords plugin software.

    I’m thinking to change the default meta tag for the frontpage and also to create new meta descrription and keywords for each post.

    Kindly guide me where and how to add the meta tag to the front page and post based on your plugin software recommendation.
