   Im using pop-up comments and really like them, I've wanted to add a plugin for comment replying from the admin, like wp-thread-comments and have looked at many other plugins for comment replies... but NONE that work in popup comments... does anyone know of any plugins for that which work in both non popup and popup comments?

   Upgrae to WP 2.7 RC to be able to reply to comments from within your WordPRess Comment Moderation Panel :p

   Okay cool thank you, thats just the 2.7 upgrade isnt it? What does the RC stand for?, Does the reply function work with pop up comments?

    Oh sweet, thanks so much for the link. I will try it. Does anyone know if the reply comments function works for popup comments and acts as a threaded style reply?

    I got 2.7 and I tried the reply threading, it works but again, it comes up in popup comments as a new comment and not as a threaded reply to it. Hmmm..

    It's pretty obvious that the default theme's comments-popup.php hasn't been tested in a while, especially not with threaded comments. Some of the style classes don't match and the loop for displaying the comments is the old-fashioned way, which is why the threading doesn't work. I've been working on fixing things, (discussed a bit at http://wordpress.org/support/topic/256848 ), but haven't got all the wrinkles worked out yet. Ideally, I'd love to hear from someone who has already fixed these things.
