• I really want to use the share buttons built into Jetpack, but for some reason you guys are using the older version of the button which does not allow someone to share the page to their wall after liking with custom text. The button that is currently being used is the older style. Is there any way you guys could consider using this newer version as it would really be great to get rid of having to use another social sharer plug in.

Also on a side note, is there any way to add the Facebook recommendation bar in your plug in so I can get rid of the facebook plug in all together as that is the only reason I am using it. Thanks so much!

That’s on our plans. You can follow our progress in this ticket:

Are you referring to this Recommandations feature?

If so, I’d be happy to create a new ticket to log your suggestion, and we’ll consider it for a future Jetpack update!

Any updates on this? This is the only thing keeping me from using your sharers. The buttons on my site now (noahsdad.com) look just like yours but allow for that comment box to show up.

Why can’t you guys just do what the buttons I’m using do?

Thanks Rick, I’ll ask the developers to see if they can tackle that ticket soon.
