OK so, I changed the URL in the general settings, both the site URL and the wordpress URL.

naturally that broke the site. I went into myPHPadmin and fixed those 2 values in the wp_option.

this allowed me to log back in, and the homepage went back up. At this point it seemed like everything was working, however the homepage is currently the only thing that will load, and clicking any internal links to other Pages or Posts will give me a Page Not Found error :(

I've tried the function.php fix, the wp-config.php fix, and the database fix of course all from here http://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL. nothing seems to be working!

p.s. everything else works fine, i can update posts and have it save etc, but i get page not found when i click view post after.

http://knkflowers.com/edmm/ this is the site, any internal links should be broken.

Try setting your permalinks back to default and save it then test to see if its working and then switch it back to whatever your custom settings are.
