Animate on mouseenter instead of click (2 posts)

Hi, I am having a problem when trying to change the click event by a mouseenter one. I changed the mouse event on the activatePagination function and the fade animation is triggered correctly only if I slowly hover my mouse on top of the menu items. If I do it fast and land on a certain menu item, this last event is not being triggered which results in showing the previous item.

    Thanks!

    Hi Morrones,

I tried this out for myself to see what kind of difficulties you could be having with this, but it seems to be working just fine for me on Google Chrome.

Even when skipping over the menu item with a fast mouse movement, the right slide would show.

If it's an event that's missed by jQuery because you landed on a menu item in a very fast mouse movement, I'd say it's not such bad behaviour. When hovering over a menu item on purpose, most people will move there carefully. Also, if an event isn't fired, it would be very hard for the plugin to catch and handle this.

    Best regards,
    Stefan
