"And Or Not" Search plugin?

    Hi,

    I am looking for a search plugin that supports boolean (And, Or, Not) for an article database (similar to http://www.goo.gl/qPi1pX ).

    I cannot find any – are there some that have any recommendations? (Other than Relevanssi). Price doenst matter.
