    http://www.roobottom.com/diary/

    in the process of re-hashing the whole site, this is the first completed section (although I'm sure I'll not be able to resist the lure of extra plugins for long). Design opinions would be most appreciated!

    Thanks.

    I really like your design. It's very clean and fresh, and clearly has an original personality. Great job. :)

    Nice!!! How do you get the horizontal menus to *overlay* your header graphic? In general, how do you integrate the navigation links with the graphic? Examples would be great....nice job, keep going.

    This is very spot on. I can only suggest that you work the CSS rollovers at the top so that they have the images preloaded so that there is no delay between hover and change.

    Easiest way to achive that is to have the normal and hover state in the same image, and simple reposition the BG when you :hover.

    Excellent job, now go finsih the rest of the site! ;-)

    roobottom - I was working on someting similar, but scrapped it because frankly your theme is very elgant. Could you perhaps explain how you got the text to auto wrap around images?

    I;m testing your theme here:

    http://reviews.sekhu.net/2005/03/03/a-million-little-pieces/

    And it's something I would like to use without actually adding divs in the bleeding post. Also, any plans on releasing an XHTML/CSS valid version?

    Cheers

    wait a minute! that's not my theme.

    As for the wrapping around the images, checkout my theme css..

    #left_col img {
    float: left;
    margin: 5px 5px 0 0;
    padding: 1px;
    border: 1px solid #ccc;

    }

    img float left will wrap text around, then set up your margin to push the text away from the right and bottom of the img.

    Any more support questions please post comments at http://www.roobottom.com/wp_theme/ thank you!

    lol yeah I was working on another one, I just happened to install yours to see how it worked. I've managed to do it by applying:

    img {
    float: right;
    padding: blah;}

    Pretty simple. Though it messes up the other images when it comes to trying to center them....damn that cereal!
