Anchor tag not working properly in Chrome

I created a link to another page with an anchor on the end so the visitor will go to a specific spot on the next page. The anchor tag that I created should send the visitor to another page and works fine in all browsers, but not in Chrome. I have tried many different options. Any suggestions to make this work?
