anchor links on a tabbed page

Hello. i have looked for info on how to be able to create anchor links both to a tab and to body text on a tabbed page using shortcode ultimate plugin.

which refers to this link: http://clip2net.com/s/6429nR with the explanation (it seems) except the link goes to a 404 error page.

An example on the site is: http://sacredforms.visionshiftdesign.com/sessions/

where “how to schedule a session” text at the bottom (before testimonials) needs to open the “schedule a session” tab.
