An option to allow editing pending posts

    Hi,

    Using Revisionary, someone without the edit_published_post capability cannot edit (and thus cannot publish) a pending post.

    I am not sure why this function is disabled because it’s actually enabled in WP by default (without Revisionary). He/she should be able to edit pending posts because these posts are not published yet.

    This is useful because then we can have an editor role which is allowed to publish pending articles but not allowed to edit after publishing.
