   i am feeling really silly right now, because i just can't seem to figure out how to get rid of this extra page button!

   i have a static front page and am required to specify a different page as the content for the front page! so i have a page that has the info i want on my front page, but....

   i am left with either having a blank button, two home page buttons or a home page and a another page being the same!!!

   how can i make it so that i don't have to have that extra button on top!

   Hi

   Usually if you go into /wp-content/themes/{themename}/header.php, you will find a call to wp_list_pages, and before it will be a <li> that is adding a call to the homepage. If you remove that the extra button should go away.
