Hello! My WordPress blog is in Poochycat.com

I have just moved my files from my old host into my new one. After moving all my files (installation and database), I see this error message at the bottom of my blog:

Warning: is_writable() [function.is-writable]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(error_log) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/cpk312/:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp) in /home/cpk312/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 500

Warning: is_writable() [function.is-writable]: open_basedir restriction in effect. File(error_log) is not within the allowed path(s): (/home/cpk312/:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp) in /home/cpk312/public_html/wp-includes/wp-db.php on line 500

What could be causing this error and how do I fix it?

    Many thanks! :D
