   For the love of god, can't things as simple as font, title graphic, and background color be controlled thru the control panel?

   Well, let's see. That's not something WordPress does. I'd say your best bet is to check out http://codex.wordpress.org/Blog_Design_and_Layout and learn about CSS. Or, run through the theme browser until you find a template that you like.

   Yeah. I'm a Photoshopper, so I'm not really keen on using somebody else's templates (plus the rest of my site is already deisgned). I already have a title graphic designed and stuff. Oy vey. Thanks anyway, though. :)

   I have just run into this:

   Perhaps, it could be turned into a plugin as a first step toward a future built-in wysiwyg css-editor.
