Amplus sidebar missing

Hi everybody, I am unfortunately very new to WordPress. I use the Amplus theme and had already done some sidebars. I had to change something with the sidebars but now can´t see them anymore. i know how to create a sidebar and how to fill it with a widget, but not how to show it on the right side of my pages. Can somebody help me please, am trying already since 48 hours… 🙁
