Ampersand in link -> invalid HTML

This plugin is breaking html validation; the specific error is:

& did not start a character reference. (& probably should have been escaped as &.)
/comment-subscriptions?srp=24710&sra=s’>subscribe without commenting

(note the & before the “sra” param)
