Hi,
if the video is being downloaded, that means that your browser by default doesn’t recognize it as a video, or that you maybe need a plugin for the videos.
Instead of just linking to the videos, you might need to embed them with some sort of video player.
This is probably not really related to WP-Table Reloaded itself, but if you post the link to the page of the table, I can take a look.

To embed it into a video player, you might want to look for special plugins that do this. I’m not familiar with this directly, so I can’t help with that. Sorry.
