    it does state on the plugin description:

    IMPORTANT: One in 5 impressions of this widget will be tagged with the plugin creator’s affiliate ID (‘wordpressmp3-20’).

    So the developer is upfront about doing this whether you agree with it or not.

    It should be very simple for you to edit the plugin to change the affiliate id

    Just use the default amazon associate plugin do exactly the same thing.
