always needs update for plugins

Using wp 3.5.1 and the latest w3 total cache
It always shows needs update for plugins. as shown in pic

This started after W3 Total Cache has bee installed I clear cache and it always goes back to 4 plugins needs update.
and its not just this site its all my sites.
Does anyone know what I can do to stop this?
