    Hi,

I've used WP for many years now, only recently started to sell software using it, and started using wp-ecommerce as a result. Had a problem with it, can't get help, no-one says anything about it on here or on their own forums - so I'm asking if there are alternatives - what's a good one to use to sell software packages?

I havent found anything really efficient to integrate into WordPress. If you're considering a stand-alone script however, Zen-Cart is very easy to set up (although needs a bit of work on the aesthetic front)

Is it considered bad form to plug your own project? ;-)

I don't know about being efficient to integrate into WP, but my own plugin (YAK) supports downloadable products so might be suitable for selling software packages.

If it works I don't consider it bad form. I'll take a look at your plugin and see if it fits the bill.

On the subject of Zen-Cart, I found this:

In fact, I'm considering using it myself....
