Hello. I am building a site for my wife's Tupperware business, and would like to include her Tupperware provided sales site in the navigation. I have found some plugins that will allow me to load the site in an iframe, but the site loads EXTREMLY slow! Are there any other options out there that will allow me to do this without the slow load time that the iframe has?

if your site's theme has a navbar at top, you can use this plugin to seemlessly redirect to tw site

Yeah, but my intention is to keep the navigation of the WordPress site. Will this do that? Or, will it just redirect to the new site. If that is the case, I can just make a menu item that goes to the external site.

the only way I know know to stay in the wp site is an iframe
like you say - slow loading and google hates them

That's what I was afraid of. What are the advatages of using redirection plugin that you mentioned, instead of just creating a menu item that links to the external site?

What are the advatages of using redirection plugin

it basically does the same thing - you just don't have to hard code anything
