Alter queries using checkboxes (2 posts)

I have 5 different queries created that sort my posts in different ways in order to provide visitors options in how to view the list of posts. For instance, A-Z, by date, by author name, etc. I have already written those queries, so my questions isn't about that.

I want the user to be able to click on radio buttons or use a drop-down list to select these different options and then have the current page change its custom query based on what is selected. It doesn't matter much to me whether the page changes immediately or if the user has to click "submit" or something.

Anyone know how I can accomplish this?

Here is an article with sample code with a form for allowing a Viewer to list Posts after selecting a Category and sort order.
