Alt and pics names

Hi,

I really hope someone can help me. I tried using the alt tag in my website and it only shows it in one photo for example- http://www.familyfinance.co.il/wp-content/uploads/2013/01/familyfinance12.jpg
the alt is showing in the second one and not the first one.
One other problem is I want to use hebrew names for pics but it’s not working when the file name is in hebrew.
