alphabetical users index

Hi
Is there a BP plugin to help me create a clickable A B C D E………Z alphabet, that would bring up a list of all users who’s last name begins with the letter clicked?
Example here:
http://australianceramics.com/home/index.php?option=com_sobi2&Itemid=51

So by clicking H for example, all users with H**** last name would be listed in alphabetical order
