Allowing Visitors to Submit Posts with a Form

I am looking to set up a form allowing users to submit posts via a form on my blog ( http://jurgle.com/ ). Ideally it will be set up similar to the form here http://www.threadwatch.org/submit.
Initially I was try to set it up using the form to collect the data then post it via the post by email functionality. Unfortunately I don’t think that will allow posts to go into a moderation queue or let the author determine the desired category. Is there a plug in that allows for this type of set up?
I’ve done a ton of research but haven’t been able to get pointed in the right direction. Any help is appreciated.
