   Hi

   Just installed on xampp, superb, thank you. Looking forward to getting stuck in.

   Forgive me for being naive, but I was under the impression that I could allow users to use my version of WordPress to create their own blogs, i.e. like wordpress.com!

   This is not possible I gather, or permitted for that matter?

   ps. I've just seen: "Users cannot currently register themselves, but you can manually create users here."

   I guess this answers the question?

   ha! As I said, get stuck in, so it is possible to allow users to register: "Users can register themselves or you can manually create users here."

   You have to create a network.

   Super Admin -> Options. Look under Registration Options.

   Users will visit yourdomain.com/wp-signup.php so make a link to that page on your home page.
