   Hi folks.

   Just wondering if it's possible to set things up so a party other than me can have limited access to the WP dashboard for the purpose of posting.

   I want to allow someone to post movie reviews during a period I will be away, but I would prefer not to grant this person full admin rights. Just being safe.

   Is it possible to grant limited admin rights to another party just for the purpose of posting and editing their posts?

   Yes. Assign them the Author role and they'll be limited to managing their own posts.
