I'm working on a WordPress site that will allow artists to post their own events. I can't find a plugin that will allow these posts to link up to their own pages. Each user that registers has their own URL and this page has all of their information. I'm trying to make sure that the tour dates posted aren't ending up on every users page!!
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
You could use Custom Post Types, or possibly Multisite, along with a membership plugin to restrict them.

I checked out the Custom Post Type plugin but I'm not too sure if it will work.
What I'd really like to have is an option to add an event on anyone's page. The site is multi-user so once you sign up you have your own URL and page. So I guess I need something that will allow a user to post an event if they have any, and then a spot on their page that will populate any events added.
And, of course, it would be nice to create a search page that will allow logged in users to search any event posted on the website, but that will come later :)
It's nto a plugin, CPTs are built into WordPress.
What I'd really like to have is an option to add an event on anyone's page.

I need everyone to be able to create an event and post it on their own page instead of all events going into one database and appearing on every single page.
MultiSite sounds like a good bet, then.
You must log in to post.
