Basicly I want to have 50 categories.
Users can freely add all their articles only to one of the 50 categories, no matter wich one.
They must not be restricted to such category but they just can post to anyone whenever they want, but it has always have to be one.
I need this simply because I want to show on separate websites all the posts of a given category and I don't want repeated content...
Is this possible?
From what I've seen of the various 'category restriction' type plugins, I don't think you are going to find something that does that.

I believe this could be achieved with a simple javascript but being everything automatically... (I mean showing categories...) I believe it could be pretty impossible..-.
Could use these two plugins to restrict categories users can assign when writing posts, but that's not exactly what you are looking to do:
