allow user to add preformatted post

    HI

    been using WP for awhile but have been looking for a function which I cannot find:

    I want registered users of my site to be able to add a rental property to my site. But the information that they can put in needs to preformatted by me and I need to be able to create custom fields – eg number of bedrooms, amenities location google map etcetra and allow th user to upload photos.

    Does nay one know about such a plugin or a mix of plugins?
