Allow theme customizor during users site creation in multisite

    Hi all,

    Can anyone please tell me how to allow users to select and customize theme like how they do in wordpress.com step 3 after selecting a theme they are asking for customize it how should i do exactly like this ,Any help will be good and thanks in advance.
