Is there a way to allow non-Admin users to access plug-ins that by default are accessible only to Admins?
For example, I installed the Search Regex plug-in, and it only shows up in the Tools menu for Admin. But I want my Editor-level users to have access to that function also. I don't want to make them Admins, because I don't want them having that much access.
Other plug-ins I've used, like Site Stats and Broken Link Checker for example, show up in both Admin and Editor users' Dashboards.
Not sure if it varies by the plug-in, but I looked at the code for each of those, and I can't see where it would be different.
