Allow or prevent display of Custom Field in the post (1 post)

    In my site http://hispanicla.com I use a custom field to display a very nice and editorially needed subtitle.
    But at the same time, every new custom field I add, as well as with SEO, is displayed as subtitle.
    How to prevent that from happening? Is there a plugin that will help?
