Remove Dashboard Access
Allow only one function (2 posts)

    I've been attempting to use functions.php code and now your plugin to keep non-admins out of the admin. However, I have Contributor-users doing some front end post editing on my site, and 'delete post' links are not being allowed through. Is there any way I can allow requests to only this function or base URL? My links look like this:

    http://myurl.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=10&action=delete&_wpnonce={nonce_hidden}

    Thanks!

    Hi Adam,

    This falls outside the scope of what this plugin does.

    By default, users with the Contributor role don't have the delete_posts capability, see Roles and Capabilities for more information.

    If you'd like to give users with the Contributor role that capability you would need to use something like the Members plugin or similar.
