   Firstly, I want to thank you for this great plugin !
   I wonder if it can be possible for a user to subscribe to groups emails without be a group member ?

   Thanks for using the plugin!

   The plugin is called "Group Email Subscription" so users should be a member of the group to subscribe to email.

   If you want users to subscribe to groups without joining, perhaps try the built-in group RSS feed in BuddyPress instead?
