   My friend runs something powered by WordPress.

   In it there are many different users posting things.

   Alas, the INTERFACE is in only one language.

   I told him here

   that apparently WordPress has the ability to let different users
   choose different INTERFACE languages... i.e., just like each user can
   use Facebook in their own language...THAT'S ALL I WANT him to install.
   So what should I tell him to install?

   No I don't want to do anything more than allow each user to select
   just like in Facebook, what interface language they want.

   All I want him to do is allow English, Japanese, and maybe one other extra interface choice users can select in their account settings.

   No I don't want each article translated etc. Or ja.*.com, en.*.com fancy stuff!
