Allow each user to pick their own INTERFACE language, just like in Facebook

    My friend runs something powered by WordPress.

    In it there are many different users posting things.

    Alas, the INTERFACE is in only one language.

    I told him here

    that apparently WordPress has the ability to let different users
    choose different INTERFACE languages… i.e., just like each user can
    use Facebook in their own language…THAT’S ALL I WANT him to install.
    So what should I tell him to install?

    No I don’t want to do anything more than allow each user to select
    just like in Facebook, what interface language they want.
