I'm trying to allow authors to create sub categories but not categories.
Also I'm using the wp-cover theme, it has a featured category that displays in a featured arer of the front page. How could I exclude this one category?
Any help at all.

Allow authors to create sub catagories. Hide 1 cat from all but admin (3 posts)
