Allow access to category archive

    WP Zombaio currently has options to allow posts/pages to logged out users however I can’t find a way to allow a category archive to be viewed publicly.

    What I’m trying to have is a public category listing showing available posts but when someone clicks a post is prompts them to login/signup

    Can we add the allow logged out user options to categories?

    Hi there,

    Sorry for missing your message.

    I don’t currently recognise a category tag/reference as a thing to be protected/not protected.

    But this is a excellent idea, and I shall add it to the development list.
    It does look, initially a little complicated to implement, but I think we can achieve something simple!

    I anticipate that this will mean that you create a page, which you set to public/private and just chuck a WP-Zombaio/Category archive specific shortcode that renders out the archive. Or a toggle switch on the category editor.

    Just having a toggle switch on the category editor would be the simplest integration however I wouldn’t complain with a shortcode/page implementation either.
