Allocating maxiumum memory

Hi,

I’ve searched the memory threads, and haven’t found a specific answer on how to assign maximum memory within WP. I am receiving this error in both incoming links and plugins on the dashboard:

Fatal error: Out of memory (allocated 29097984) (tried to allocate 1245184 bytes) in /homepages/15/d338993108/htdocs/AD/wp-includes/class-simplepie.php on line 5410
