Hi! I searched the forums and could not find this issue. Probably in the last month, I noticed that all our users now have the same IP address. WordPress and the Simple Forums used to reflect the users IP address which was helpful for banning etc. But now there is some default that doesn't seem to mean anything.
I would appreciate any help on this!

Have you tried:
- deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
- switching to the Twenty Ten theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
- resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
Ask your host if you're now behind some kind of proxy server.
