We have buddy press installed on two different sites within a multi-site set-up on word-press.
When any new user is generated in buddy press they default to super admins as it looks for the top level user and defaults to the topmost user rights. Is there a way to prevent this from happening? We don't want users to have that much privilege.
What other plugins are you running?

Google Analytics, Clean up wp_head, All in One SEO Pack and bbPress
How'd you get BP installed on two separate sites in the network?

Installed it as a plug in and activated it per site.

My mistake we activated and it appears across the whole network. But we want a forum per site.
That can be done with bbPress.
But that error, everyone becoming super admins, is NOT a feature of BuddyPress. Have you posted there?
