All the pages are the same

Okay, I am freaked out.
When I go to my site, every page is exactly the same. No matter what button I click on, although the URL changes to the right thing, the page looks EXACTLY the same. Even when I click on the archives thing, nothing happens. The only things that work are the links in the blogroll (cause they point to external sites) and the search box (cause… I have no idea)
Now, here is the weird part, when I am in the dashboard under manage pages, i click edit on a page and it shows what the page should look like, but when i click on view, it just shows this same thing again.
