I had to deactivate Jetpack to test my website for something, and when I reactivated it I found that 6 months of stats had been totally wiped.

I really need these back ASAP so can someone please help me retrieve them.

    My blog is at: ljoy.co.uk

    Thanks

It seems that you previously used a different site URL, samberson.co.uk/ljoy/

When you created the new site and connected Jetpack to WordPress.com, a new unique Blog ID was created, and your Stats are now attached to this new site ID.

I have now made some changes to both Blog IDs, and you should be able to recover your old Stats by disconnecting / reconnecting to WordPress.com, in your Jetpack menu.

@GARVYITE it seems you also changed your site URL.

I have now made changes to your account. Could you disconnect / reconnect to WordPress.com?

@Jeremy Herve thanks for your quick response, I have deactivate and reactivated the plugin then reconnected it to WordPress and all my old stats have been restored. Thank you so much for your quick response and thanks for a job well done.

@Jeremy Herve, could you please help thedishdaily.com recover our stats? I just disconnected and reconnected us—I hadn’t realized we’d lose our stats in the process. Thanks very much for your help!
