ALL POSTS: Thumbnail SEO title Meta description focus keyword showing the same

On all of my posts in the back end, the thumbnail, SEO title, meta description, focus keywords are showing the same data (data shown is from one post-it is being applied to every post).
I can’t tell if it’s just in the back end or if the data really is set that way which would be a disaster.

How do you fix this? I’m using Yoast SEO (switched from All In One).

A quick view of your indexed pages show that mainly you need to add description to your posts. The SEO plugin seems to have extracted the title of posts and pages. You may reset your plugin settings if needed, fill the required details for each post/page and update them.

That is actually a different problem than the one I’m talking about. Even when it’s added, it shows the same thing. I’ve already tried resetting the plugin settings etc.

all the data that’s in the red square is the same but it’s not supposed to be. It’s supposed to be based on each entry.

Well, it’s clear now. But do you insert such data for each entry when you create a post?

yes each post has its unique data that’s supposed to be there

Then it’s something strange is going on.
Can you change the meta for anyone post and post the URL here? If you can do that, I will check what all required meta tags you may be missing and post its report link here.
