   All my posts say the following.
   http://www.utvolsfootball.net/%post_title%/
   I set the permalinks in both the permalink settings to be %post_title%.
   I also set all in one seo to %post_title%.
   What is the problem?

   I changed to Platinum SEO but so far no change. I'll keep working on it. I am willing to change all of my previous posts manually if that is what it takes but I need the ones going forward to work correctly.

   I looked at that but it didn't help. I finally did what we do at work which is turn everything off and on 3 or 4 times and it started working.
