All Posts Lost — And Cannot Add New Posts

    Hi All…

    So today I am having a major glitch on:
    http://dailyvenusdiva.com

    It is a new and only had about 25-30 posts…

    The site started to get very slow… and then would not open at all… now it is back and running… however I have lost all posts as well as the ability to post anything…

    I can goto ADD NEW and the page looks as if everything is fine — but if I hit PREVIEW it says, “Preview not available. Please save as a draft first.” If I PUBLISH it, I get the message, “No posts found.”

    Any suggestions for this newbie?

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-related problems.

    Hi Esmi 🙂

    I did disable all plugins — and went in and put the site back to the WP default template (which had been working perfectly fine up until this afternoon 🙂

    Now I am getting this:

    and it still does recognize that there are any posts and will not let me post 🙁

    try deleting the .htaccess in wordpress root and test
    if works regenerate permalinks
    admin – settings – permalinks

    Hi,

    Try to change the theme and use any fixed width theme..also set the image height and width so that your layout does not mess up.

    Thanks gang — it was a corrupt file w/ the host — all fixed now 🙂
