I hadn't made any kind of post on my website for some time and then decided to do so.
I use MarsEdit to post (never had a problem). I posted and then discovered that all my posts had disappeared... well, the titles are still visable, I can see their full content from the administration panel, so I know they are in fact in tact.
I have two other sites, one and two, which both use WordPress and have not had this problem.
Please help!
did you try resetting your permalinks?

I have. I followed the advice in this post on resetting the permalinks. Is there any other way I should do it?
Do your posts have any content besides the non-appearing .swf files?
Try temporarily disabling all plugins and seeing if the problem goes away.

Found the culprit! It was the Bookmarkify 1.1.0 plugin!
I recently upgraded it and after disabling it, everything went well.
I like the plug in so I'll have to write the makers to see what's up with it.

Thank you samboll for the permalinks suggestion. It worked for me.
